From design board to production
With effective manufacturability service we can ensure quick and smooth transition of products from design to production and furthermore to the markets. We manufacture customer’s prototypes and execute their testing fast and flexibly, even in 1–5 working days depending on the complexity of the product concerned. We give feedback for design in order to improve manufacturability and we also prepare documents relating to manufacturability if so required. Prototype cooperation together with the customer helps to bring up all the issues relating to manufacturability already in the design phase, when making changes into the product are still easy and cost-effective.We use professional project management to transfer a product’s manufacturing from the customer to us or between production plants. Thanks to the reviews made in different stages, the projects proceed in a controlled way. We are also prepared to receive the outsourcing of the customer’s entire production.
Comprehensive manufacturing services
Our manufacturing services cover manufacturing of electromechanical products into components or subassemblies or the manufacture of entire product including final assembly.The manufacturing of electronic products includes both the automatic and manual assembly of printed circuit boards and testing. Our surface-mounted PCB production lines employ state-of-the-art technology, are ideal for the assembly of both small and large series, and are compatible with all currently-available component technologies. We employ latest technology in manufacturing of sheet-metal and mechanics products offering increased efficiency in manufacturing of demanding products and enabling speedy machining of complicated shapes without large investment in tools.
In final assembly, electronic and mechanical components are integrated, and the resulting products can be delivered directly to end users.
Usage and functionality of the products is ensured with process and process testing. We employ high quality testing technologies in the product testing.
Incap’s after-sales services include in addition to the repair of the products, a product maintenance and spare parts service. As a part of the products life-cycle services, we offer maintenance design, which can be used to prolong a product’s service life. We also take care of controlled ramp-down of the manufacturing when a new product generation replaces the old one and take care of the availability of so-called End-of-life components.
Effective sourcing supports production
In addition to manufacturing services, we offer also comprehensive materials and logistics services. They include selection of materials and material suppliers, purchase of components and materials, selection of most suitable manufacturing location, coordination between different factories, forwarding and transportation and deliveries to end users.We procure all the materials required in different stages of product’s life-cycle cost-effectively and fast by utilising international procurement sources.
Environmentally friendly and high quality production
Quality systems of all units are certified in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 standard and the environmental systems of all of the factories are also certified in compliance with ISO14001:2004 standard. The factories in Helsinki, Kuressaare and Vuokatti have been admitted ISO 13485:2003- certificate, which is widely used in manufacturing of medical devices. The Tumkur factory has been admitted the TS 16949 certificate used by the automotive industry. Our manufacturing methods meet requirements of RoHS directive.
