Our customers are leading technology companies with long value chain, and they build their competitiveness by networking. Incap wants to be the primary manufacturing and technology partner for its chosen customers.
We strengthen the role of design services into a significant part of our service offering
In addition to manufacturing electronics, mechanics and box-build products, we are frequently responsible also for the product's design and the related life-cycle services. We develop our services further in line with the needs of our key customers. Product design, in particular, is reinforced to cover the technological needs of the most important customer industries.
We have concentrated our product design in India, where the standard of theoretical education is very high. Strong product design combined with Incap’s traditional manufacturing competence increases growth possibilities especially in Asian markets.
We utilise the opportunities offered by our international presence
Geographically, the greatest growth potential for Incap is in Asia. There are several sub-markets in the area, and the most important ones for Incap are India and China. Incap has been established in India for several years. Today, we have also an in-house sourcing office in Hong Kong, near the cost-effective component sources of Asia. We also work in close cooperation with a sourcing partner in China.
We pursue profitable growth in selected industries
The main focus in making our operations more efficient is in development of materials management, implementation of the change in production structure and streamlining of processes. In addition to systematic new customer acquisition, we are seeking growth by offering existing customers new services and a more extensive service offering. Services are being developed by increasing design competence in India among others.
