Personnel

World’s leading equipment manufacturers have trusted Incap with the manufacture of their demanding products and competent, committed personnel is the prerequisite of our success.

There are about 730 professionals from different fields working at Incap and most of them have a long experience in contract manufacturing. Of Incap's personnel, approx. 370 are working in India, approx. 150 in Finland and approx. 210 in Estonia. The average age of our personnel is 40 years.

Safety at work

The Vuokatti plant won the series for Electronics and Electrotechnical Industry in the work environment assessment contest arranged by the Federation of Finnish Technology Industries. The contest assessed work, ergonomics, safety of equipment, general order and work environment at workplaces in production areas.

Awarded employer

The Kuressaare Town Government nominated Incap Electronics Estonia OÜ as Best Employer of the Year 2009. The award committee stated that Incap has been a stable employer who has taken care of its personnel also in difficult economic situation.

EU structural support

When developing the personnel competence in Estonia Incap is using the EU structural support for training projects.
