Customers and their needs are setting guidelines for our operations and therefore, the Business units that attend to the customer relationships play an important role in steering the company's operations. Business units are responsible for customers in their area of expertise, the new customer acquisition as well as for the sales and marketing of services.

Production serves the business units and its mission is to produce manufacturing services that are as efficient and competitive as possible. Sourcing, Design services, NPI and project management provide services to business units and work in close co-operation with production.

Corporate structure

Incap Corporation, the parent company of Incap Group, is a limited company which is registered in Finland and has a domicile in Helsinki. In addition to the parent company, the subsidiaries Incap Electronics Estonia OÜ, Incap Contract Manufacturing Services Pvt. Ltd. and Incap Hong Kong Ltd. are included in the Group.

Incap Corporation has operations in Finland, Estonia, India and China. In Finland Incap operates in two locations: in Helsinki and Vaasa. In Estonia the company has a production unit in Kuressaare and an office in Tallinn. In India the company has a factory in Tumkur and Bangalore.

Kuressaare and Tumkur factories are specialised in manufacture of electronics components and box-build products. Helsinki and Vaasa units produce in addition to mechanical components also product integrations including electronics and mechanics.
