The manufacturing of electronic products includes both the automatic and manual assembly of printed circuit boards and testing.

Our surface-mounted PCB production lines employ state-of-the-art technology, are ideal for the assembly of both small and large series, and are compatible with all currently-available component technologies.

Manual assembly on wavesoldering lines and in work cells ensures a rapid and flexible response to changing customer needs. The testing technology we use guarantees the high quality and functionality of our customers’ products.

Our surface-mounted assembly lines are suitable for:

µBGA and other component technologies

We employ high-level AOI, X-RAY, Flying Probe, ICT and FUT testing technologies.

In final assembly, electronic and mechanical components are integrated, and the resulting products can be delivered directly to end users.

We have switched to manufacturing processes that fully comply with the RoHS directive. We have tested various soldering methods and materials suitable for the lead-free process. In addition to the advanced lead-free manufacturing processes, we are able to support our customers also in materials management.
